Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by New Vector LLC dba CapiscIO ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are (a) at least 18 years old, (b) registered attendees of PyCon US 2026 in Long Beach, CA, and (c) physically present at PyCon US 2026 in a jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on May 14, 2026 at 4:30 PM Pacific Time and ends on May 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR SOCIAL MEDIA PARTICIPATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

To receive one (1) free entry, visit capisc.io/pycon/giveaway and submit your name and email address during the Entry Period.

Additional entries may be earned by completing optional social actions as described on the entry page:

  • Follow CapiscIO on LinkedIn: +1 entry
  • Follow @capiscio on X: +1 entry
  • Star the capiscio/a2a-demos repository on GitHub: +1 entry
  • Post a selfie at the CapiscIO booth on X or LinkedIn with #trustnoagent: +2 entries
  • Post a photo wearing a CapiscIO t-shirt at PyCon on X or LinkedIn with #trustnoagent: +5 entries

Maximum total entries per person: 11.

Limit one (1) entry per person per email address. Duplicate registrations will be merged.

5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Apple AirPods Pro 3 (approximate retail value: $249 USD). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $498 USD.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing in two separate drawings:

  • Drawing 1: Friday, May 15, 2026 at approximately 3:45 PM Pacific Time — one (1) winner receives one (1) Apple AirPods Pro 3.
  • Drawing 2: Saturday, May 16, 2026 at approximately 3:30 PM Pacific Time — one (1) winner receives one (1) Apple AirPods Pro 3.

The winner of Drawing 1 is excluded from Drawing 2. Each entry equals one ticket in the random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification & Claiming

Winners will be announced at the CapiscIO booth and notified by email immediately following each drawing.

  • Drawing 1 winner must claim their prize by Friday, May 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
  • Drawing 2 winner must claim their prize by Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 4:30 PM Pacific Time.

If a winner does not claim their prize by the applicable deadline, an alternate winner will be drawn. Any prizes not claimed by Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 4:30 PM Pacific Time will be forfeited entirely.

Prizes must be claimed in person at the CapiscIO booth during PyCon US 2026. No shipping or mail delivery is available.

8. Verification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Social media posts submitted for bonus entries are subject to review and approval by Sponsor staff. Entries from individuals who are not registered PyCon US 2026 attendees may be disqualified.

9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for Giveaway administration and, if opted in, for marketing communications from CapiscIO. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
